Kira Choi winner of ARNON REICHERS 2021 BEST STUDENT PAPER AWARD
She is Assistant Professor of Strategy and Organizations at emlyon Business School and was a PhD Candidate in Strategy and Entrepreneurship at London Business School. Kira's research focus centers around career mobility, talent management, and career outcomes. Her dissertation investigates how complementary resources influence mobility.


Jennifer Tosti-Kharas and Shoshana Dobrow winners of 2021 BEST OVERALL PAPER AWARD
Dr. Tosti-Kharas is an Associate Professor of OB at Babson College. Her research explores career development through the lens of career calling. Dr. Dobrow is an Assistant Professor of Management at The London Business School of Economics at Political Science. She studies how individuals (e.g., musicians) find meaning in their careers and initiate and cultivate developmental networks through multi-year longitudinal research.

Marijke Verbruggen and Ans De Vos winners of 2021 BEST PUBLISHED PAPER AWARD
Dr. Verbruggen is a Professor at KU Leuven in the Department of Work and Organisation Studies. Her research identity examines career obstacles and career sustainability. Dr. De Vos is a Professor at Antwerp Management School and the University of Antwerp. She is the SD Worx Chair of Next Generation Work: Creating Sustainable Careers. Her mission is to develop employees through career management.

Annabelle Hofer, Caroline Straub, and Daniel Spurk winners of MICHAEL DRIVER 2021 BEST SYMPOSIUM AWARD
Dr. Hofer is a professor in  and was a post-doctoral researcher at University of Bern, Research Associate at Swiss Distance University Institute and freelance lecturer at Lucerne School of Business. Her research revolves around career professional development and sustainable careers in the gig economy. Dr. Straub is a Professor at Bern University of Applied Sciences. She is passionate and persistent in researching and developing career competencies that match the digital era of work. Dr. Spurk is a Professor at the University of Bern. He is an Associate Editor at Journal of Vocational Behavior and employs complementary research methods (multilevel, longitudinal, scale development) to study careers success, gig work, career adaptability among other career topic areas. 
 
Daniel Spurk winner of 2021 MID-CAREER AWARD
Dr. Spurk is a Professor at the University of Bern. He is an Associate Editor at JVB and employs complementary research methods (multilevel, longitudinal, scale development) to study careers success, gig work, career adaptability among other career topic areas.
